How it works

Step 1 · Answer the 10 questions

The more accurate your answers, the more useful the estimated range will be. If you have a copy of the title (geran), you can attach it later via WhatsApp.

1. Property type
Is it landed, an apartment, a condominium, or something else?
2. Full property address
Please include house number, street, taman, postcode, and state.
3. Do you have a copy of the title (geran)?
If yes, you can attach a clear photo/screenshot when WhatsApp opens later.
4. Total Built-up area (approx.)
If unsure, a rough figure is okay.
5. Land area (if landed)
For example: 22' x 75' or 1,650 sq ft.
If it’s an apartment/condo, you may leave this blank.
6. Property condition
General condition is enough, no need for perfect detail.
7. Any special features or recent renovations?
Example: kitchen extension, new roof, corner lot, facing park, built-in cabinets, etc.
8. Do you have clear property photos ready?
Ideally: front view, street view, inside (living room, kitchen), and any major renovations. You can attach them when WhatsApp opens.
You do not need to upload photos on this page. Just attach them directly in WhatsApp after you tap the button.
9. Why do you want this valuation?
No right or wrong answer — this just guides our advice.
10. Your contact details
We will send the estimated value range to this WhatsApp number.
Please include leading zero; we’ll format it for WhatsApp.

This is an estimated value range only and not a formal valuation report. For bank financing, tax, or court purposes, you will need a full valuation report from a licensed valuer.

On WhatsApp, you can also attach a clear photo of the title (geran) to help the valuer be more precise.
